How to Delete Your Pigeongate App Account

To permanently delete your Pigeongate App account and all associated data, please follow these step-by-step instructions:

  1. Open the Pigeongate App on your mobile device.

  2. Log in to your account using your registered email and password.

  3. Once logged in, tap on the Menu icon (usually three horizontal lines or a similar navigation icon) located at the top-left or top-right corner of the home screen to open the main App Drawer/Navigation Menu.

  4. In the App Drawer or Menu, scroll down until you find the option labeled “Delete Account”.

  5. Tap on “Delete Account”.

  6. A confirmation pop-up will appear asking you to confirm the deletion of your account. Please read the warning carefully:

    • “Are you sure you want to delete your account? This action is irreversible and will permanently remove all your data from our system.”

  7. If you are sure you wish to proceed, tap “Yes” or “Confirm” to finalize the process.

  8. Once confirmed, your account will be permanently deleted, and you will be automatically logged out of the application.

Important Notes:

  • Data Removal: After deletion, all your associated data, including your profile picture, email, phone number, address, shop listings, pigeon sale listings, club memberships, article reading history, event preferences, and feedback data, will be permanently removed from our system.

  • Irreversibility: This action cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
