The Pigeongate App is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for certain types of content. Any user who uploads, shares, or displays content that is illegal, harmful, or violates community standards will face immediate action. Specifically:
Child abuse material or content depicting the sexual exploitation of children is strictly prohibited. Any detection of such content will result in the immediate and permanent deletion of the user’s account and a ban from the platform, and will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
Sexually explicit, obscene, or adult content is not permitted on the Pigeongate App. Users found to be uploading or sharing such content will have their content removed, and their accounts may be permanently deleted or banned.
By using this app, you agree not to upload or share any prohibited content. We reserve the right to monitor content and take necessary action to ensure compliance with this policy.

The Pigeongate app serves solely as a platform to connect buyers and sellers for pigeon listings, pigeon-related products, and to facilitate community interaction. We do not facilitate, process, or receive any payments from users. All financial transactions, negotiations, and payment arrangements are made directly between the buyer and the seller, entirely outside of the app’s functionality.
Users are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy of transactions, conducting due diligence on other users, and ensuring the security and proper execution of their payments and deliveries. Pigeongate is not responsible for any scams, fraudulent activities, misrepresentations, disputes, quality of goods, or financial losses that may arise from transactions conducted directly between users through the platform. This is a matter of direct agreement and responsibility between the buyer and the seller. We strongly advise users to exercise caution, use secure payment methods, and meet in safe, public places when conducting transactions facilitated by the app.
